Tasu Leech is More Awesome Than You Think! | Star Wars Explained

Report from the Holocron of Xela. Description: The twenty fifth issue of the Bounty Hunters comic revealed that Tasu Leech is a much bigger badass than The Force Awakens suggests. Granted, he barely gets to do anything in The Force Awakens other than run away from rathtars, despite being an amazing martial artist. If you’ve never seen The Raid, you’ve gotta fix that. While I would have loved to see actor Yayan Ruhian’s skills on display on screen, at least the comics are providing some sense of justice for the character he played. As a younger fighter making a name for himself, he actually went toe to toe with Ren, the leader of the Knights of Ren at the time of The Empire Strikes Back. While not as skilled as a Sith or a Jedi, Ren was still a dark side wielder who was deadly with a lightsaber.
