This is a Great Connection to The Phantom Menace | Star Wars Explained

Report from the Holocron of Xela. Description: Did you catch The Bad Batch’s fun connection back to The Phantom Menace? Doctor Hemlock and Nala Se are experimenting with clones, struggling to maintain their M-count, or midichlorian count during the process. Omega’s blood is somehow key to the whole thing, so Nala Se tells her to steal a datapad and escape. Omega does, and the one she grabs has a familiar looking graph on it. We first saw Obi-Wan analyzing it in The Phantom Menace when Qui-Gon sent him a sample of Anakin Skywalker’s blood. It makes sense, but Nala Se’s datapad appears to be studying the m-counts of the blood samples taken on Mount Tantiss. #starwars #thebadbatch
