The Legacy Run Star Wars Ship Lore in Under a Minute | Star Wars Explained
Report from the Holocron of Xela. Description: Do you know of the Legacy Run from Star Wars? Two hundred years before the events of The Phantom Menace, it was a large freight and passenger ship. During the time of the High Republic it would carry colonists and supplies from the Core Worlds into the ever expanding Outer Rim. But on its final voyage, a group of marauders called the Nihil sabotaged the Legacy Run’s hyperlane, causing it to rip apart mid transit. Debris from the ship exited at terrifying speeds at different points in the galaxy, but most notably in the Hetzal system. As destruction rained down, the Jedi arrived to save the planet and also rescue the passengers of the ship that were still alive in their wayward containers. The destruction of the Legacy Run marked the beginning of the Nihil’s attack on the expansion of the Republic and the Jedi Order into their territory. #starwars #thehighrepublic
